What kind of film do you accept?

We can only process 35mm C-41 (color) and 35mm black and white film at this time. Yes, that also includes disposable cameras.

What are your turnaround times?

Generally, it will take anywhere from 2-14 days after we receive your film to finish processing them. You’ll receive your scans via a WeTransfer link —please take into account that there are shipping delays due to COVID-19, which may affect our turnaround times.

Can I cancel my order?

If you haven’t shipped your film to us yet and would like to cancel your order, please send us an email using our contact box (found on our contact us page)! We’ll cancel your order right away.

What if my roll is blank?

Blank rolls will no longer be refunded due to the labor that’s involved in processing the film by hand. If your roll happens to be blank, we’ll send you a discount code (only usable on film processing) for your next order.

Can you push or pull film?

Sorry, we do not offer pushing or pulling film. All film that’s sent to us will be processed at box speed.

Do I need to make a WeTransfer account to download my scans?

Not at all! WeTransfer allows us to send your photos through email. You’re able to download your scans from your computer, phone, tablet, etc.!

Some things to keep in mind: your download link will expire within one month! Be sure to download the files before they’re gone for good, as we only keep your scans for about a month before permanently deleting them.

How Do I Send My Film?

Two options are available for you to send us your film!

Our first option is to Send Your Film Yourself. With this option, you are taking full responsibility for sending your parcel yourself! You must use this method if you plan on sending disposable film cameras to us or if your order contains more than 10 rolls of film. Please note that there is also a fee for sleeving and shipping your negatives back to you if you choose to have them returned.

Our second option is Using a Prepaid Mailer, and it's available from our shop page. If you decide to use this method, add it to your cart along with your film order, and we'll ship everything you need right to your door. Just toss your film inside the provided envelope & mailer, and send it right back to us! We don't recommend using this method if you're in a hurry to receive your scans, but it's a great way to save a trip to the supermarket & your local post office.

After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email that will include our mailing address and shipping instructions. To ensure that we get your scans to you as quickly as possible, please ship out your film within 7 days!

If you are ordering physical products along with film processing, you must choose either Standard or Priority mail shipping. Your negatives will be sent back to you.

What should I send my film in?

If you choose to use your own packaging to ship your film, we highly recommend using a bubble mailer (padded envelope). To avoid potentially losing or damaging your film during transit, place any film inside a Ziploc bag along with a note containing your order # and name. From there, just place the Ziploc bag into your packaging and ship it!

What happens if my package(s) get lost in transit?

If you are very worried about potentially losing your film, we recommend using a local lab instead. Unfortunately, there is always a possibility of parcels being lost during shipment. If this happens to be the case, there’s not much we can do. However, we will refund you the cost of your order + shipping (if you used one of our labels).
