Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on processed film. If you have concerns about the scans and negatives that you receive back, please contact us at info@findrange.club so we may discuss how to resolve the issue. If you are very worried about potentially losing your film, we recommend using a local lab instead. Unfortunately, there is always a possibility of parcels being lost during shipment. If this happens to be the case, there’s not much we can do. However, we will refund you the cost of your order + shipping (if you used one of our labels).

Terms

The submission of any film, negative, or camera to us for processing or any other handling constitutes an agreement by you that if such film, print, slide, negative, or digital media is damaged, lost, or mishandled; even though due to the negligence or other fault of any of the foregoing, our liability will be limited. At our discretion, we will replace an equivalent amount of unexposed film and processing or a refund of monies paid by you to us.

Photographs processed by this film lab will not be used or published without the consent of the artist. If this lab wishes to use photographs produced by you (the customer), you will be contacted directly and asked for permission. All credit to the photographer will be given. Any photos that we are tagged in on Instagram (@findrange) automatically permit us to use those photos on our page.
